Is mac & cheese a Thanksgiving staple for you? It’s one of my all-time favorite foods, but, let’s face it, not the healthiest food choice. Since it’s Thanksgiving after all, delicious mac & cheese should be on the table! So how do we do it without eating 700 calories per serving?? Try this recipe with 367 calories per serving: Main Ingredients 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons flour 1 ½ cups non-fat milk ½ cup Parmesan cheese ¾ pound macaroni noodles ½ cup cheddar cheese ¼ cup breadcrumbs Just make it how you would make your usual macaroni and cheese, but use the above ingredients. Want some extra nutrients? Add spinach or butternut squash! Both are super delicious in the mac and cheese! I also love whole wheat pasta in it. I’m getting hungry just thinking about it!
