“Will I get enough to eat on the 21 Day Fix?”

I get that question a LOT! Well, I’ll tell you that I am NOT hungry… not at all hungry throughout the day! The system is designed to help you understand the RIGHT foods to eat and in the RIGHT portions so you’re actually getting what you need!

Today, I made an open-faced egg sandwich which is super easy and I just used what I had on hand… yes, there’s bread, and YES, there’s CHEESE! All part of the plan!
-2 Eggs that I scrambled with garlic powder and pepper (1 Red)
-Broccoli and Peppers (1 Green)
-Cheddar Cheese (1 Blue)
-1 Slice of Sprouted Whole Grain Toast (1 Yellow)

So you’ll notice that you can barely see the bread underneath, haha! That’s because this is such a filling and delicious meal, that it has PLENTY Of the right things to help keep you full, but also to FUEL your body the right way!

This system is sooo easy to use and add Shakeology in as an inexpensive, and easy full meal that you have taken care of FOR you everyday… I mean, it’s a CINCH!
