Lime, Tomato, Shrimp & Avocado Salad

Easy and yummy recipe for you guys! And completely 21 Day Fix approved!!

This serves 4!
Make a marinade of lime juice (2 limes worth), olive oil (1 tsp), a pinch of Himalyan salt, and pepper.  I don’t like onions but red onions can be added if you like!

Add shrimp (1lb), tomato (1 medium), and avocado (1 medium).

Top with cilantro and boom! I think it tastes a little bit better after its been sitting in the fridge for a bit personally!
