Good morning!! I love this goal! I won’t lie, I still struggle with trying to please others. I know I shouldn’t care, but I do.
I think it may be impossible to NOT care what ANYONE thinks, so make a list of those whose opinion actually DOES matter to you.
Then, when you hear some judgment spouting from ANYONE else, you can remind yourself that they’re not on your list!

Have you ever stopped to think about how many decisions we make every day without even thinking? It’s really amazing how much we run on autopilot.
When you stop and really pay attention to everything you do and maybe rethink some of those less healthy habits, you can really start to make some changes!

Happy Friday!! Are you okay if I share a post that I need to read?
I have spent so much time putting my worth in my productivity, my accomplishments, my achievements… And, the problem with that is that if I don’t hit a goal or I fail at something, I see myself as the failure… not the activity.
Last week, I took the week off and then I got sick this week so I have NOT had a super productive couple of weeks. Thank goodness I’ve worked on this concept or I would really be down on myself!
It’s not an overnight mindset shift, but I’m working on it, so I thought I would share with you too!
You, as a person, as a spirit, as you are is WORTHY of anything you desire regardless of anything you achieve… or don’t achieve!

Good morning!! I know it may seem like this IS your job, but it isn’t. I think we’re led to believe that and we even constantly see people that appear to be doing exactly this… but, no one can be everything to everyone. Just be true to yourself!
