Good morning!! I love this goal! I won’t lie, I still struggle with trying to please others. I know I shouldn’t care, but I do.

I think it may be impossible to NOT care what ANYONE thinks, so make a list of those whose opinion actually DOES matter to you.

Then, when you hear some judgment spouting from ANYONE else, you can remind yourself that they’re not on your list!
