This is so true! Just be YOU instead of what you THINK you should be!

Good morning! I know I’ve definitely been in times of my life when I was stuck in this trap. It’s so important to know that happiness is an inside job and once you become rooted in that, life is much better.

Also, maybe start imagining best case scenarios instead of worst. You can retrain the brain to see the best. And you deserve that.
