Good morning, beautiful!! Read this note from YOU to YOU this morning and really take it in! You can’t control everything, so just focus on what you can!

I truly believe that anxiety so often comes from us trying to be in control of EVERYTHING. We have to just focus on the moment we’re in and be honest about where we truly are.

If we can do that a little more, I think our anxiety will be a little less.
