Happy Friday!! I sometimes use the term “Rome wasn’t built in a day” but I think sometimes it’s overused. I like to use it in a fitness context in that the same way Rome wasn’t built in a day, the same way you didn’t gain all the weight in a day, you won’t lose all the weight in a day either.
But this…. well, this takes it a new level and turned this phrase into something I really love! It wasn’t built in a day, but they consistently worked on it! I think that’s something we can really bring into our lives! No, it won’t happen overnight, but each day we put a little work into it, we’re going to start to see results! LOVE IT!
