Work Out From The Comfort Of Your Living Room

Let’s face it, fall is in full swing and winter is right behind it! I even heard some people saw SNOW yesterday in places like Oregon- EEK!

When it gets colder, I just want to hibernate- one of the reasons I love working and working out at home! If you’re anything like me, you may be skipping the gym because it’s cold, it’s getting dark earlier, and it’s just a pain to get there this time of year!

Here’s a quick, total body workout that you can do right in your living room with NO equipment! It will definitely work ya! Make sure you warm up a bit with some high knee marches or jogging in place and cool down with some quad stretches and shoulder rolls!
