Day 2 of P90x: Plyometrics!

Plyometrics was today’s workout and WOW that’s a booty kicker! I’m so glad I had TurboFire under my belt because the HIIT workouts definitely prepared me well for what was coming in Plyo. There’s a lot to be said for focusing on the fact that you can do anything at that high of an intensity for 30 seconds to a minute.
