BEST Shakeology Recipe To Date!

I’m going to call these:

SHAKEOLOGY TRUFFLES!

These remind me of those no-bake chocolate, peanut butter, oatmeal cookies, which I LOVE, but without all that sugar and fat. I got this recipe from Chalene Johnson.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 Tablespoons PB2
  • Water to mix with PB2
  • 3 Tablespoons Natural Peanut butter- if you can get it with flax seed that’s the best
  • ½ Cup Chocolate Shakeology- if you have the individual packets, it’s about 1.5 packets
  • 3 Tablespoons Raw Honey
  • ½ Cup Quick Oats

DIRECTIONS:

  • Mix PB2 with water until it’s a paste like consistency
  • Mix in all ingredients together with PB2 mixture together in a mixing bowl- it may take some time to blend all of the ingredients together
  • If it’s too sticky, sprinkle in additional Shakeology so that it’s a fairly dry/crumbly texture
  • Roll mixture into small individual balls (about a ping-pong ball size) and place on a wax sheet
  • Put in freezer until firm
