Good morning! How much effort do we spend, and waste actually, in trying to impress others? Sometimes others that we don’t even KNOW. I think we’ve all experienced that! But, really, you only have to prove yourself to yourself… that’s it! The rest doesn’t matter, and especially not the people you don’t even know!

Happy Monday! Whatever it is that you may be dreading, maybe you can think about it this way… You GET to do it.
There are people who won’t get the opportunity to do whatever is you aren’t wanting to do.
When I don’t feel like working out, I remind myself of this. I GET to work out! There was a time in my life when I couldn’t, so I’m SO grateful I get to move my body!

It sounds silly when you think about this way, isn’t it? But we do this all the time! Maybe next time, we fix that tire, we focus on the other three that are in tact, we pick ourselves up, and keep going!
