Happy Friday!! I love, love, LOVE this beautiful sentiment! It seems strange to say this, but I really do work hard to be authentic. It’s so engrained us that we should all be the same, we should conform to the norms, so breaking out of that can definitely take work, but also awareness of it.

Why do we do this? We not only accept criticism from people who really don’t know us that well, but we dwell on it and let it soak into our beings!

We have to be more protective of the thoughts we let seep in.
