Happy Monday! I have found this to be SO true! There were times in my life when I doubted myself, still do sometimes, but surrounding myself with those who encourage me, motivate me, inspire me, and believe in me has been the BEST thing to combat that doubt!
It’s also why I LOOOOOOVE the accountability groups that I run! Sometimes you need someone who believes in you FIRST to give you the boost, the courage, and the determination to work towards your true potential!

Happy Friday! I LOVE THIS! It’s so true… not one single one of us is more deserving of love, belonging, friendship, kindness, family, and acceptance. By that same token, you have to remember that YOU are also worthy of these things too! No matter where you’ve been, how you’ve messed up, or any of the things you’ve done… you’re deserving!

Good morning!!! I really do think that kindness starts from within! How kind are you being to yourself? I think a lot of people would describe me as kind (not bragging, just saying), but I know I could be even MORE kind to myself… so if I could be more kind to myself, I just keep imaging how AWESOME I could be to others! Definitely something for me to work on!
