Good morning! I totally believe this! Have you ever noticed when you have so much going on in your head that every situation and every decision just has you completely overwhelmed? I know I have, but when I’m in a calm place, I can make decisions and handle things so much better! I’m going to try to keep this in mind- just another reason to keep the mind focused and uncluttered!
