I love this! You know that JOY is my word of the year, I even have a bracelet that reminds me of that daily, hourly… all the time! I do believe that it’s in the small things that we find the most joy- it’s just that we aren’t always looking!

Good morning! I know it’s all too easy to fall into the trap that eating healthy is “punishment” or “boring” or something you “have to do”, but truly, it’s a sign that you love yourself, and those around you enough to take care of yourself! When you think of it that way, it’s a lot easier to go for the healthy option! Remind yourself of that this week!

Happy Friday!! What’s that other saying- don’t live the same day for 80 years and call it a life. TRUTH! How many days do we just wish away because we’re not happy with our circumstances or what not. We have to find a way, every day, to THRIVE and to LOVE and FIND JOY! Most days are not going to be huge and amazing, but the mundane, routine days are the ones that we need to thrive in the most!

Good morning! I don’t know about you, but I NEED this reminder so often!
 
It’s so easy to look around and see what others are doing and feel inadequate, isn’t it? But, goodness… everyone’s life and situation is SO different and we generally only see the highlight reel.
 
So take this advice today and know that YOU are enough… you’re MORE than enough! You’re doing amazing!

Happy Monday! This idea was totally me when I started my business. I was like, “Well, I don’t have a job, my resume is crap, and there’s this opportunity right in front of me. What’s there to lose?” And I jumped in! 
 
Looking back now, it’s been one of the BEST decision of my life, but I think everyone has to get over the idea that they aren’t WORTH giving their dreams a shot! You ARE worth it, and you have SO much to gain! Whatever you’ve been ruminating about… let this be your sign to JUMP!
