When I first started my business, there were a LOT of naysayers! I quickly realized that their opinion of me and what I was doing didn’t pay the bills… but guess what did pay the bills… my business!
Don’t let the naysayers squash your dreams- usually it’s because they aren’t brave enough to pursue their own!

Happy Monday! On Mondays, I like to share a quote, or mantra, or something that we can focus on together… I LOVED this idea about strength!
We are SO hard on ourselves thinking that we have to be a certain way all the time through all the ups and downs and trials and successes and through all the seasons.
That’s just not realistic! We’re going to grow and change and sometimes we won’t have the same KIND of strength we had previously. Sometimes it may be stronger, sometimes it may be weaker, sometimes it may be more independent, sometimes it may need more community.
Whatever it looks like in this season, is okay!

Do you ever fall into the “busy” category where you feel like you’re doing ALL the things, but, in reality, you’re getting nothing done?
I know I TOTALLY catch myself doing that sometimes! When I actually get a list in place, focus on one task at a time, and just get it done… it’s kind of funny how much I can get done even when I’m “busy”
