Happy Monday! I don’t know if you need this chart like I do, but I wanted to share because it’s helping me SO much to reframe my thoughts!

It’s hard when you identify with being a perfectionist because you can end up tying up your worth in your achievements… or lack thereof. It’s all well and good… until you miss a goal, or you aren’t great at something, or you just don’t do well. When that happens, as a perfectionist, you see YOURSELF as the failure, not the action.

If that’s you, maybe try some of these alternative thoughts and mantras to move you forward and to focus more on the growth that occurs than the outcome!
