Happy Monday! If I’ve shared this before, I wouldn’t be surprised at all! It’s something I have to remind myself of every, single day.

I really struggle with having my worth so tied up into what I do, how successful I am at it, and how much I can achieve. I really am working on it, but it’s hard because when you feel that way, you see a setback or a failure as YOU being a failure…. not the task you were doing.

I have to remind myself, and I’ll remind you also, that just as you are, right now, in this moment, no matter what you’ve achieved, or haven’t achieved, are worthy of love, belonging, and happiness! YOU are enough.
