Happy Monday!! I love this as a focus for this week- just take care of what you’re doing, and don’t pay so much attention to others.

I totally get caught up in the comparison game sometimes and it is definitely anxiety-inducing. Need to remember that it’s MY race and I’ll run it at my pace in my own style!
