Happy Monday! Can I challenge you to change your mentality this week to “GET TO” instead of “HAVE TO”.
For example… Instead of waking up and thinking that you HAVE to go to work, think about the fact that you’re extremely blessed to have a job to go to. If you’re thinking you HAVE to workout, instead think about how there are some people who don’t have that privilege. I think you’ll really see your life start to shift for the good!
